我们如何处理网站询盘信息
收集的信息
当你提交询样、询价或业务沟通请求时，我们会收集你主动填写的公司名称、联系人、工作邮箱、目标应用、所选产品与色号及补充说明。
使用目的
这些信息仅用于理解需求、回复询盘、提供样品或报价、安排后续业务沟通，以及维护必要的询盘处理记录。
安全与反滥用信息
为防止自动化垃圾提交，网站会短期处理提交时间和经过单向散列的网络地址标识，用于频率限制和安全排查，不用于广告画像。
保存与访问
信息仅向处理该询盘所需的粤雄工作人员开放。询盘记录原则上保存不超过24个月；若已形成合同、法定义务或持续业务关系，则按相应业务与合规期限保存。到期记录应删除或匿名化。
你的选择
你可以通过“关于粤雄”页面公布并经核验的业务联系方式，申请查询、更正或删除与本次询盘相关的信息。粤雄核实申请人与记录的关系后处理请求。
Information we collect and why
When you request a sample, quotation or business discussion, we process the company, contact, work email, intended application, selected products or colour codes, and message you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to and manage that request.
Security, access and retention
We process submission timing and a one-way hashed network identifier for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Access is limited to Yuexiong personnel who need the information to handle the inquiry. Inquiry records are normally retained for no longer than 24 months, unless a contract, legal duty or continuing business relationship requires a different period. You may request access, correction or deletion through a verified contact channel on the About page.
