How we process website inquiry information
Information we collect
When you request a sample, quotation or business discussion, we collect the company name, contact name, work email, intended application, selected products or colour codes, and any message you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this information only to understand and respond to your request, provide samples or quotations, arrange follow-up business communication and maintain the records needed to manage the inquiry.
Security and abuse prevention
To prevent automated spam, the website briefly processes submission timing and a one-way hashed network identifier for rate limiting and security review. We do not use this information for advertising profiles.
Access and retention
Access is limited to Yuexiong personnel who need the information to handle the inquiry. Inquiry records are normally retained for no longer than 24 months, unless a contract, legal duty or continuing business relationship requires a different period. Expired records should be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You may use a verified business contact on the About Yuexiong page to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your inquiry. Yuexiong will verify the relationship between the requester and the record before acting on the request.
